Remote Support Session
* Please note, if you already have a free version of TeamViewer 11 on your PC , you will need to exit it completely and then download and run our version. We can only connect to Version 10.

System Requirements:

  • Room with controlled lighting and No Sunlight
  • Windows 7, 8.1, or 10 PC that meets min. spec.
  • Video projector capable of 1280x720 resolution and 2000 to 3500 Lumens (Cheap LED Projectors from Amazon and eBay will not work. They advertise high lumens but are really only about 80 Lumens)
  • White (1.0 gain max) projection screen (No silver screen) or flat, non-glossy, white wall
  • recommended projected screen size 6ft to 12ft wide
  • Red or IR training laser

Computer minimum requirements:
  • Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 PC (Does not support running as Virtual Machine on a Mac)
  • Processor: 2.0GHz Dual Core or higher clock speed CPU
  • Processor Note: To track Laser Ammo airsoft recoil laser, must use an Intel i3 Gen 3 or higher with 2.2GHz or higher clock speed.
  • Memory: 2GB RAM DDR2 or more
  • Memory Note: To track Laser Ammo airsoft recoil laser, must have 4GB or more
  • Graphics: Intel HD or better (Must support 1280x720 resolution)
  • Disk Space: 500MB or more
  • USB 2.0 or 3.o Port (Note: Only specific USB Extenders will work with the camera. Please contact us if you will need to use a USB extender.)
  • HDMI or VGA port on PC for TV or projector connection (Cannot connect the PC to the Projector with a USB cable)

Quick Resolution Checklist
Read through each of the following questions about your setup. If you answer no to any of the questions that is most likely what is causing your issue.
Software does not run or does not display correctly
  1. Does your computer meet the minimum specs listed on the product page?
  2. Is your video card driver up to date?
  3. Is your computer set so that both the desktop and the projector are showing the same thing?
  4. Is your projector connected to your computer with either a VGA or an HDMI cable? (A USB cable will not work)
  5. Have you added an exception for the software in your AntiVirus software?

Camera does not calibrate
  1. Is your computer set so that both the desktop and the projector are showing the same thing?
  2. Does your camera see the entire projected image without cutting off any edges?
  3. If on a TV, is your TV cutting off the edges of the image at all?
  4. Are there any bright lights shining on the screen?
  5. Are there any light sources in the camera view other then the projected image?
  6. If on a TV, are there any bright reflections in the image?
  7. Are there any windows letting sunlight in the room? Any amount of sunlight in the room can cause problems.
  8. Does your projector meet the minimum 2000 lumen spec?

Camera does not track the laser at all or all of the time (Dry Fire)
  1. Are the batteries in your laser weak? The battery voltage in a Laser Ammo SureStrike laser should be no lower than 4 volts.
  2. Is your laser either Red or IR? Green does not work on our system.
  3. If on a TV, do you have the TV filter mounted to the TV screen?
  4. If on a TV, try lowering the brightness slightly and recalibrating.
